Mr. Dehua (Daniel) Huang

Mr. Huang is a Professional Geologist registered in BC Canada and is qualified person for the Canadian National Instrument 43-101 and Competent Person for JORC compliant reporting.

Mr. Huang has 30 years of geological and business experience in the energy and mineral resources industries where has been using his expertise to identify, to acquire, and to explore energy, and mineral resource properties for many junior Canadian mining companies and the former Enron Oil and Gas Ltd.  Mr Huang has been working with the international geological service companies to provide independent reports for the companies involved in initial public offerings and re-listings based on the Australian Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) and the Canadian National Instrument 43-101 compliances. 

His recent background, combined with his previous nine-year experience with the China Ministry of Land and Resources for energy and mineral resources assessment, provides the opportunity to help clients fully understand the difference between the Chinese and Western exploration system. Mr. Huang has a Bachelor's Degree in geology from Hebei Geological Institute in China and a Master's Degree in geology & geophysics from the University of Hawaii in USA. He also spent two years studying mineral economics in the geological department of Queen's University in Canada.
